Top Network Maintenance Plans

All Top Network Service Plans automatically receive a discounted hourly rate (rate based on plan selected) and priority over non-planned maintenance work.

Pay-As-You-Go Plan (No Minimum Hours)
  • All tasks are started within ten (10) business days of receipt of request and content, and completed as soon as feasible, based on the number of hours the task requires.
  • Usage is billed in 15-minute increments at a discounted rate of $100/hr. Add $10/hr for expedited requests.
  • Billing is done post-service on a monthly basis.
Priority Bronze Plan
Everything in the Pay-As-You-Go Plan plus:

  • All tasks are started within five (5) business days of receipt of request and content, and completed as soon as feasible, based on the number of hours the task requires.
  • Billed at a discounted rate of $80/hr. Add $10/hr for expedited requests.
  • Minimum one hour a month commitment.
  • Unused hour(s) can be rolled over from month to month, but expire 6 months from date of issue
  • Unused hour(s) can be redeemed against a new site, or new project at 50% of the value of the unused hours.
  • Tasks that require hours in excess of 2 times the committed hours will be scheduled based on current availability.
Priority Silver Plan
Everything in the Bronze Plan plus:

  • All tasks are started within 48 hours of receipt of request and content, and completed as soon as feasible, based on the number of hours the task requires.
  • Billed at a discounted rate of $75/hr. Add $5/hr for expedited requests.
  • Minimum 2 hours a month commitment.
  • Unused hour(s) can be rolled over from month to month, but expire 6 months from date of issue
  • Unused hour(s) can be redeemed against a new site, or new project at 50% of the value of the unused hours.
  • Tasks that require hours in excess of 2 times the committed hours will be scheduled based on current availability.
Priority Gold Plan
Everything in the Silver Plan plus:

  • All tasks received are started immediately and content, and completed as soon as feasible, based on the number of hours the task requires.
  • Billed at a discounted rate of $70/hr.
  • Minimum 3 hours a month commitment.
  • Unused hour(s) can be rolled over from month to month, but expire 6 months from date of issue
  • Unused hour(s) can be redeemed against a new site, or new project at 50% of the value of the unused hours.
  • Tasks that require hours in excess of 2 times the committed hours will be scheduled based on current availability.

All priority maintenance plans have:

  • Billing in 15 minute increments.
  • Advanced billing done quarterly.
  • Billing with 30 day terms.
  • Hours can be saved from month to month, with up to a 6 month carry over. Hours cannot be used until they are accrued.
