Check out some of our strategies:

Redundant Internet Connections
Our systems are connected to the Internet via fiber-based DS3 and OC3 connection. We're hooked up to a DS3 through Qwest and another T3 through Sprint. Some of our competitors claim that they're connected to the Internet through multiple T3s as well, but look closely. Chances are, their so-called multiple T3s are sold to them by the same provider, so if one of their routers goes down, their entire connection goes down. But not here! If one of our T3s goes down, the other one can reroute the traffic in seconds while we work on getting the connection back up. All without the slightest interruption in performance.

Regular Data Backup
We use a high-speed, digital tape system to do a full system backup every week, with incremental backups performed regularly. That way, if you accidentally delete the wrong file, overwrite an important document, or destroy something on your system, chances are our tech support staff can restore the information for you.

Redundant Routers
We route traffic from our server systems to our redundant T3 connections through, you guessed it, redundant routers. We use two Cisco Series 7500 routers (people who know routers are drooling right about now), with a host of other Cisco routers, hubs, and switches taking traffic from your servers to the Internet. In plain English, that means your data is in good hands. Because if a router goes down, if a hub goes down, or even if some maniac grabbed a pair of scissors, broke through our server racks' bullet-proof glass and started cutting network cables, your web site will stay online. Frustrated maniac, and all.

The Bottom Line
The bottom line is this: when you host a site at Top Network, we're going to do everything in our power to make sure it stays online. From the smallest to the largest. And that's more than a promise - it's a commitment backed up by our philosophy, our plans, but most importantly, our actions. We dare you to compare our system's speed and reliability to that of any of our competitors. They simply can't keep up. And that's because we simply refuse to slow down.
